We ask groups of ten people or more to make reservations in advance to ensure a smooth entrance into the museum. Our facility is very limited in space. Therefore, we may not be able to accept your reservation at certain times, or when another group has a prior reservation. Further, groups and parties who do not have a prior reservation may be asked to wait before entering the facility. A group discount is available for groups of ten people or more that have made a prior reservation. Please make your reservation during reception hours by 5 business days before.

Get off the Sasson Expressway at Otaru IC, and stay on Rinkosen Blvd. toward Yoichi. The museum is located near Ironai Itchome intersection.

By JR
From JR Sapporo Station board trains on the Hakodate Main Line bound for Otaru. Get off at Otaru Station and it is: 3 minutes by taxi, 10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by bus [Chuo Bus Otaru Station Bus Terminal No.4], board the [No. 9 bus bound for Tenguyama Ropeway Line]. Get off at [Otaru Art Base].
