Otaru Art Base will host a special training seminar for Niseko's customer service representatives. Otaru is a historic port town that is different from the lush nature of Niseko or the urbanity of Sapporo. In this seminar, an tour guide-interpreter will present "Highlights of Otaru Popular with Foreign Visitors" and a curator from the Otaru Art Base will explain "Highlights of Japanese Art Works in the Collection of the Nitori Museum of Art ".　
Participants will receive an invitation to the Otaru Art Base, which can be used at a later date.
