Notice related to the payment of interim dividends for the 38th period

The Company hereby announces the payment of interim dividends for the 39th period (from February 21, 2009 to February 20, 2010) to shareholders or registered share pledgees recorded in the shareholder registry as of August 20, 2009. Details are as follows.
The Company plans to mail the receipt of dividends (“Dividend Statement and Payee” to the shareholders and pledgees who have designated a bank transfer or other account) to their registered address on November 2, 2009.

1. Interim dividends: 25 yen per share
2. Effective date for the right of claim for interim dividends and the starting date for their payment: Wednesday, November 4, 2009
