Reports of change in address etc. and inquiries in relation to shares

A shareholder who has opened an account at a securities company is requested to report a change in address etc. or make inquiries with the securities company where they have their account. A shareholder who has not opened an account at a securities company is requested to call the telephone number below.

Special account

An account (“special account”) has been opened at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, the administrator of the shareholder registry, for shareholders who did not use the system of the Japan Securities Depository Center prior to the computerization of share certificates. Shareholders are requested to call the telephone number above to report a change in address. etc. or to make inquiries in relation to the special account.
