Notice related to the payment of year-end dividends for the 40th period

The Company hereby announces the payment of interim dividends for the 40th period (from February 21, 2011 to February 20, 2012) to shareholders or registered share pledgees recorded in the shareholder registry as of February 20, 2012.
Details are as follows.
The Company plans to mail the receipt of dividends (“Dividend Statement and Payee” to the shareholders and pledgees who have designated a bank transfer or other account) to their registered address on April 23, 2012.
