Notice related to the payment of year-end dividends for the 42nd period

The Company hereby announces the payment of year-end dividends for the 42nd period (from February 21, 2013 to February 20, 2014) to shareholders or registered share pledgees recorded in the shareholder registry as of February 20, 2014.
Details are as follows. The Company plans to mail the receipt of dividends (“Dividend Statement and Payee” to the shareholders and pledgees who have designated a bank transfer or other account and “Dividend Statement and Method for Receiving Dividends” to their counterparts who have designated allocation in proportion to the number of shares) to their registered address on April 18, 2014.
