Notice related to the payment of year-end dividends for the 49th period

As part of our efforts to return profits to our shareholders, NITORI Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “The Company”) has decided to pay a year-end dividend of 66 yen per share, an increase of 8 yen per share from the most recent dividend forecast. As The Company paid an interim dividend of 57 yen per share in the first half of the fiscal year, this will bring the annual dividend for the fiscal year under review to 123 yen per share.
The Company considers it an important management policy to respond to the trust of our shareholders and provide stable dividends in the future, and The Company will continue to return profits to our shareholders in accordance with our business performance.
The Company will pay the year-end dividend for the 49th fiscal year (February 21, 2020 to February 20, 2021) to shareholders or registered pledgees of shares recorded in the shareholders' registry as of February 20, 2021 as follows.
The dividend receipt (for those who have designated the bank account transfer method, the "Dividend Statement and Bank Transfer Address"; for those who have designated the share number pro-rata distribution method, the "Dividend Statement and Dividend Payment Method") will be sent to the registered address on April 21,2021.
