Notice related to the payment of year-end dividends for the 52nd period

Regarding the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, NITORI Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “The Company”) have decided to reduce the year-end dividend by 3 yen from the previous forecast to 72 yen per share, because the net profit to shareholders of parent company fell short of the forecast announced on May 9, 2023.
The Company paid an interim dividend of 75 yen per share in the first half of the fiscal year, this will bring the annual dividend for the fiscal year under review to 147 yen per share.
The Company will pay the year-end dividend for the 52nd fiscal year (April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024) to shareholders or registered pledgees of shares recorded in the shareholders' registry as of March 31, 2024 as follows.
The dividend receipt (for those who have designated the bank account transfer method, the "Dividend Statement and Bank Transfer Address"; for those who have designated the share number pro-rata distribution method, the "Dividend Statement and Dividend Payment Method") will be sent to the registered address on June 3,2024.
