Notice related to the payment of interim dividends for the 45th period

The Company hereby announces the payment of interim dividends for the 45th period (from February 21, 2016 to February 20, 2017) to shareholders or registered share pledgees recorded in the shareholder registry as of August 20, 2016. Details are as follows.
The Company plans to send the receipt of dividends (“Dividend Statement and Payee” to the shareholders and pledgees who have designated a bank transfer or other account and “Dividend Statement and Method for Receiving Dividends” to their counterparts who have designated allocation in proportion to the number of shares) to their registered address on October 24, 2016.

1. Interim dividends: 35 yen per share
2. Effective date for the payment of interim dividends and the starting date for their payment: Tuesday, October 25, 2016
