Notice related to the payment of year₋end dividends for the 53rd period

The Company hereby announces the payment of year-end dividends for the 53rd period (from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025) to shareholders or registered share pledgees recorded in the shareholder registry as of March 31, 2025. Details are as follows.
The Company plans to send the receipt of dividends (“Dividend Statement and Payee” to the shareholders and pledgees who have designated a bank transfer or other account and “Dividend Statement and Method for Receiving Dividends” to their counterparts who have designated allocation in proportion to the number of shares) to their registered address on June 9, 2025.
