Notice related to the payment of interim dividends for the 54th period

The Company hereby announces the payment of interim dividends for the 54th period (from April 1, 2025,to March 31, 2026) to shareholders or registered share pledgees recorded in the shareholder registry as of September 30, 2025. Details are as follows.
The Company plans to send the receipt of dividends (“Dividend Statement and Payee” to the shareholders and pledgees who have designated a bank transfer or other account and “Dividend Statement and Method for Receiving Dividends” to their counterparts who have designated allocation in proportion to the number of shares) to their registered addresses on December 1, 2025.
Furthermore, please note that this interim dividends are calculated based on the number of shares recorded in the shareholder registry as of the record date of September 30, 2025, prior to the 5-for-1 stock split implemented on October 1, 2025.
